Dream

Live your dreams, follow your heart and enjoy the journey. Every step every minute live in expectancy, expecting that your desires will be born. Shake off doubters of your dream including yourself. You deserve your desires that's why God gave them to you. Believe with every ounce of your soul that what you desire will become reality. Dream Like a child do not limit yourself. God is limitless you have the Creator of all things living in you. Your dreams will lead you to an unlimited source of happiness. Your happiness will be medicine for a troubled world. Your happiness will bring happiness to others. What a blessing it is to be a blessing. Share your talents with the world in sharing your talent you share God with the world. Be a source that that helps others become successful and you to will find success in your own life. Live, love and laugh. Be the change you want to see in the world.

Stand up

When one loses hope, dreams can no longer be realized. Hell, when hope is gone dreams are never born. Some of our black Brothers have lost hope. Through years and years of poverty and racism, self-doubt and self hate can become the psyche of the collective body in black inner cities. I know self hate is a strong charge, but it is a true statement. Anyone who values his own life would not take the life of another. Unrealized hurt and anger rest deep in some of our black brother’s hearts. This loss of hope can suck the life out of any man. They say money is the root of all evil, but I say the lack of money is at the root of the problem in our communities. How can you learn when you don’t have enough food to eat? What do you do when you don’t have adequate clothes? You go get it by any means necessary.
We can sit and analyze and point the fingers at why our communities are in despair. But, until we learn to take a look in the mirror and be honest with ourselves the cycle will continue. We must find away to grow no matter where we are planted. Those of us that have must give. Too often those of us that make it forget where we came from. United we stand divided we fall. So let’s stand up and take back our communities.

Reach

Today starts a new day, where I choose to be happy everyday. Not letting circumstances that have little to do with me rob me of my happiness. Today starts the day where I look at the world in a different light. It’s as simple as “change how you look at things and watch as the world around you transforms,” into what you decide you want it to be.In life we make choices and we have to realize that every choice we have made has placed us where we stand today. By no means am I dismissing things out of our control because I’m not. But, what I am saying is that you can’t let what you can’t control stop you from your dreams. “We will either find a way, or make one” – HannibalSo today I choose to make away, a path to walk on to reach my dreams. And I choose to live my life with expectancy. Expecting that the best is going to come my way and knowing that everyday is an opportunity for me to achieve my goals in life. Today is the day were my God given talents that lay dormant and unused breath life. The giant within my soul the giant within my heart will grow. And today I will share my talents my strengths with all those I come in contact with. So today starts a new day, where I choose to be happy, because I have made a choice to change my world.

Barack

It is amazing that America has a black President. I never thought I would see this day. This lets me know that America is opening up and ready to start to move in a new direction. We just showed the world that America is truly the land of opportunity. No matter what you look like you can achieve great things in America. This moment in history reenergizes my own personal dreams. Barack’s accomplishment will help millions across the world; believe that their dreams can come true.
There are people in disadvantaged communities across the country that I believe will be inspired by Barack. I believe he will inspire all of us. His life has been dedicated to giving to others. His story encapsulates what I feel an American should be. To whom much is given much is expected. We are a rich nation we are a progressive nation. So we should work towards helping those who need help. The foundation of this country was built on Christian values. Jesus calls on us to be cheerful givers in life. How do we expect to receive if we are unwilling to give? Barack’s story reaffirms my position that we should all lead giving lives. We must teach are kids that the act of giving is a very powerful act. What we put out into the world is what we get back. You reap what you sow; plant great seeds and great things will grow.
Barack has raised the bar and now we must exceed all expectations. Let’s step up to the plate and do our best to serve humanity. We are not just here for our own selfish needs we are here to serve each other. I feel that we have lost community and giving along the way. We live in a great place and we all can be great people. No matter what you look like, no matter what your religion is. Let’s stand together and embrace the differences we have. In no other place can so many people from all walks of life live the way we live. America has so much to learn about itself. With self examination we can be the best nation there is, hands down. America will set the tone and the world will listen.

Lost Hope

The Big Bailout

Lets talk about the bailout. We have a republican party that has run this country for the past eight years. A party that believes that less regulation on big cooperation's is the best thing for our economy. But it seems that less regulation doesn't work. Especially given the present situation that we find ourselves in. The Dow Jones had the biggest drop in points in history. As a result foreign markets are looking at some trouble as well. President Bush the leader of the republican party wants us the American people to bailout all of his good corporate friends. And use taxpayers money to do it. Basically the Bush economy has sucked the economy dry taking money out of the pockets of the American people. Now after sucking us dry he wants for us to bailout the idiots that charge us ridicules interest rates and or suckered some of us into loans that we couldn't pay back. Just doesn't sound right to me. How about you bailout all the Americans that cant afford to keep their homes and put food on the table. Its funny how we can send 10 billion dollars a month to Iraq but we have people that don't have a home to live in here. That's enough money to give all Americans the money they need to save there homes. I don't know what the answer is but it seems like we are in between a rock and a hard place. Because if we don't bailout these idiots at the top the little guys on the bottom could lose their jobs. So what do we do? Teach those morons a lesson or save them? If we don't save them the rich or still going to be rich and poor will remain poor. So no matter what the little guy loses in principle and monetarily.
